Panther TEK's owner Nohl Rosen has almost 20 years of computer repair & installation experience and is proud to put it to good use for all of the company's customers. After starting Panther TEK over 7 years ago, Rosen says he's driven to provide quality service and get his customer's computer issues solved. "I think solid customer service is important as I prefer to build long-term relationships rather than short ones. When they have a computer problem I'll work hard to resolve it. I don't believe in giving a quick fix to the issue or rushing through it as more problems can happen later. Quality matters to me and I think it does to my customers as well," Rosen added. Besides offering computer repair troubleshooting and installation services to it's customers, the company is also involved in the community as well. Recently, Panther TEK started and became a co-sponsor for the Animal Crackers business mixers which are now taking place in the Valley. The event brings business owners together who love animals to network with each other as well as with local animal rescue groups. "Our first business mixer was pretty successful and a lot of fun to do. It not only gives business owners a chance to pass their business cards to each other but also to animal rescue groups in the hopes we can help them in their goals. Some small business owners like myself are involved in animal rescue outside our business lives," Rosen added. Besides Panther TEK, Rosen is also involved with Cat Galaxy, an internet radio and TV station for cats which has gained in popularity and he also recently bowled to help raise money for Altered Tails which performs the trap, neuter, and return (TNR) program for feral cats throughout the Phoenix metro area.
